EXP hit 698 on Saturday and I went for it.

I got the 14 day message and their offices are closed weekends. Called in right away this morning and was told to wait 2 days. Hung up the phone at 8:20 and at 8:55 had an approval email.

$2,000 starting limit

$250 bonus for first $1,000 spend

17.9% APR

Was preapproved for BCE and BCP

Data points:

8% aggregate utilization (couple of cards over 30% at the time; waiting on those to update)

4 student loan accounts with lates that occurred 2.5 years ago
