PayPal 2% cash back approved!

I decided to cold app the PayPal 2% MasterCard since I use PayPal so often. I was surprised to receive a starting line of $7,700 because I noticed alot of approvals with lower starting lines and some higher, I also got the 17.24% interest rate.
My current transunion fico 08 is 754 my overall utilization is 7%
