I started out with the Paypal Mastercard at $4k and have had the card for about 1 year. I've had 2 CLI's since I opened the account...jumped to $7.5k to an increase this last week to 9.5%. Not sure if this has anything to do with the increases but I've been diligent about paying off the card each month including making multiple payments each month to keep a zero balance.
