PayPal Credit

I decided to app for PayPal Credit today after receiving an email last night from them saying that I was “selected” to apply. I was somewhat hesitant, but I started reading some other posts on here and went for it. I was approved for $2,000, so I was pleased with that and the approval alone.

For anyone looking for data points, my current scores are in my signature line and I have one paid/closed collection, two that I’m paying down that each sit under $500, and a medical collection at about $2,500 that is untouched for now.

Re: PayPal Credit

I have four cards with them and they are all few years old now. They always pulled TU for me.

Walmart - Started at 1800 --> 10k
Chevron - Started at 2k --> 10k
Lowe's - Started at 7.5k -> 35k
PayPal - Started at 1500 -> 10k

I think I have maxed out on all 3. Rarely use any of them. I believe 720+ is their magic number.

Just my 2 cents..

Starting Score: 475
Current Score: 649
Goal Score: 690

PayPal Credit typically pulls EQ.  It's worth noting that effective July 2nd, SYNCB will be the new owner of this program.

Re: PayPal Credit

I received an email as well, so thought about for a while and pulled the trigger.....Approved for 5K.

I wonder what will happen when Synchroney takes over.....I have wally, amazon and marvel card.

Don't wanna end up with a blue envelope.
