I've been on the fence about applying for awhile, particularly because I was almost 100% positive I'd only get approved for the Smart Connect (so has gone the trend for me with synchrony--always stuck with the store card version!). Finally pulled the trigger after getting an email solicitation about it a few days ago. Approved for $2K! Still in shock! I'll call credit solutions tonight and see if I can get it up higher. Even if not for now, I'm thrilled just to finally be out of Synchrony store card hell!

ETA: Just contacted Synchrony to request a CLI--approved for $5K!! Gotta love Credit Solutions!!

Congrats ! I too was just approved for ppmc.... $8k sl .... i cant believe synchrony keeps approving me .. i think i have 8 or so mc's / visa's with them and the walmart pennys store cards .... lol ok reading that sound really bad like i need to stop now

Did you recon your SL or was that the limit they originally approved you for? I have a slew of synchrony cards too so don't feel too badly! Now that my TU score is finally above 680 I'm hoping that going forward, any additional approvals with them will br Visas or MCs!

Thanks so much, and Wow nice job on your Marvel card! They denied me last month but I think it's because my TU score was just on the cusp of acceptable for their Visas/MC. Since then my score is now 684, and approved for two Synchrony majors this week! Do you mind if I ask your TU score and SL when you were approved?
