Ended up applying half hearted just see. I app'd because I was curious what they would offer since they said no HP if declined assumed they would give the option decline or accept they did not. I wasn't too upset just be aware that when you get to the "let's just check your credit" they do not give you the option to back out if accepted, in the end my mistake you know what they say about when you "assume".
