PenFed - 2.5 Yrs Post BK - SL $10k

I've been trying for PenFed since my D/C, 9/2016.    Finally, I was approved and with a very nice line. However, I wish it was $15k.  I'd like to balance xfer $5k in and keep the util at less than 33%.     Should I call them?

How do I know what report was pulled for PenFed?   Would they use the same report to refinance my auto loan?

They pulled EQ and PenFed for new members allow the card max to be 10k and that is what you got I believe for 6 months then a CLI can be requested although only 2.5 yeras out of BK and getting a 10k CL with PenFed is pretty dang good considering they have really clamped down and become alot more conservative on their lending recently.

Penfed pulls Equifax FICO 9 for everything.

PenFed usually pulls EQ from what I hear. Congrats on an awesome SL! I would give it 6 months or so before requesting a CLI.

Lol, Pink, Pendread always pulls Eq . Period. I agree with CC, getting 10k with a 2.5 year old BK from them is like hitting the lottery

10k from Penfed is very solid.  My experience is they will use the same HP for an auto refinance if you call them.  Not sure if their system automatically pulls credit if you do an online app.
