ficoguy if your scores are over 700, and oyur income that high, I'd email the CEO's email -- you may get somewhere!!! Google PenFed CEO email. 
I'd totally try, cant hurt at this point given your profile ... just have REASONS for each new account (ie taking advantage of in store discounts, renovations, travel rewards, etc). . They are VERY easy to work with once you get a decision making person ON THE PHONE !
