I app'd for a savings account with PenFed looking to establish a relationship with them, but not really expecting a CC approval just yet due to many recent new accounts and inquiries, but CS lady was super nice and said go for it since there would not be an additional HP . So I did and was approved for $1500 SL @ 14.99%.
Small start, but my oldest revolving account is only 3 mos. old, so I'm really happy to get a foot in the door with them.
HP on EQ which is my lowest FICO @ 721 and highest # of inquiries- 9 inq. Nothing negative reporting on any bureau.
I'm done apping now since I finally got a decent rewards card that will grow!
