Applied for a personal loan with PenFed and was a really easy process. Was going to go with Navy but the rates were better. I was suprised how fast and easy it was. Was an instant approval for the full amount I requested at 12.99% @ 60 months for Home Improvement.
I did also go for a CLI from $8k to $12k on my Pathfinder card but pulled twice EQ for CLI and Loan

I've been receiving the pre-approvals for the personal loans where they send you a blank check to fill out for any amount up to $25,000. I have not accepted one yet but I was told that if you do accept, sign and deposit into your bank account, no hard pull will be done. So that is a plus.
