So this actually occurred back in June, but I was waiting to see what happened when they mailed me a replacement card at my request. One day about 7 months after I was approved for this account, I finally saw the option to request a CLI, so I went for it. Pertinent data:

Chapter 7 BK discharged March 2019
Hard Pull, EQ, Score ~690
What I was waiting for: Below $5000 CL is not Signature, so my original card was a plain Visa. I had read from some folks that after receiving a CLI above that threshold, request a replacement card and it should be branded Signature. Sure enough, this is correct.

@OmarGB9 It was totally EQ. I just edited my original post. Sorry about the confusion, I applied for Overdraft LOC around the same time and that pull was EX - from everything I have read they pretty exclusively pull EQ for credit cards and EX for loans.
