Just checked the status of my application and see its status has been changed to "TRANSFERRED 7/1/17". If I remember right from other threads on Penfed card approvals, that means it's all wrapped up and the only thing I need to do now is wait for my new card. 
Also got the email survey and completed it.
EDIT 7/3 AM: And as of this morning, the new card appears in my account listing. All that's left to do now is wait for it to show up in my evening post...
