Hey all,
As I said in my Plat approval thread, I was approved for the Plat on Sunday night/Monday morning for $12,500 @ 17.99%.
I decided to use that EQ pull to go for the Power Cash as well during the day on Monday. The app went to review and later I realized it was because the savings account they automatically opened for me, in order to approve the Plat, was at a negative $5 balance.
For the life of me, I couldn't get my bank to link, therefore I wasn't able to deposit funds. And they were closed due to the holiday.
I was planning to call this morning but decided to check my account first. The balance was no longer negative (I didn't deposit the $5 though) and my Power Cash was approved for the same SL and APR as the Plat.
Overall a very successful HP. These (2) new accounts put me so close to $400k total credit.
$23,700 in CLI's in the last month and these (2) approvals. Safe to say I'm off to the garden... For REAL this time.
Cheers!

Congrats on your PenFed Power Cash Rewards approval
Congrats on the PenFed double approval!
CONGRATS!!!!!
I thought of apping for a 2nd card when i got the pcr but penfed cards come with a bt offer and basically one would be wasted. so i got my first card in december and my second card in august, downside 2 seperate hp's, upside 2 very timely bt's zero for 15 months.

Nice move! If I had the need for extended BT, that's what I'd do.
Luckily, I just really wanted these cards to age at the same time and to start a relationship with PenFed
