Penfed CLI and a New Card!

So, I have not had any SP CLI, so i decided to take a hit with a HP for some more love on my Penfed Promise. Good thing I did! HP increase from $1000--->$5,500. Since I took the HP anyway, I decided to go ahead and apply for the Powercash Rewards. Approved for another $5,500!

HP are still good for 30 days? Should I try for another CLI before the HP runs out, or is that pressing my luck?
