Penfed Platinum Visa Signature approval!

I recently joined Penfed through the donation option. I have had a small savings account with them but no direct deposit or anything like that. I decided to app for the new Platinum Visa Signature rewards card and got an instant approval of $13500! That's my highest limit on any card I have. I'm pretty happy right now so I just wanted to share. I haven't talked to an underwriter yet or anything from the bank as this was an online approval but it looks like a done deal!

I don't want to steal the thread but I don't see where the OP has answered your questions.  To end my app spree I joined Penfed with the donation and applied for the same visa sig.  It hasn't posted yet but I'm sure they only pulled EQ, probably low 760's, 7 years 9 months, 3 inq, 1%, 4 years 9-10 months 30 day late, instantly approved for $20,000.

Thanks for the reply!  I pulled the trigger this morning and was approved!
