Congrats on the CLI. I apped for the Plat late last month and was denied due to Egyptian. I should have know this would happen. Can I use that HP for a CLI on my Promise or will it be another HP?

im hoping the new apr sticks too, but from my research on here it appears many people that have that scenario happen and the apr doesnt change. but why show me a lower apr that you are not going to gibve me lol .
