Post-Closing Spree Approvals

Lowes: $7k SL, tried to recon but denied. 

PenFed: Received preapproval letter for Power Cash Rewards but kept getting a "not eligible" error when I put in the access code?  So I just joined and applied without using the code, approved $5k SL!

HomeDepot: Approved $500 SL - going to try to recon in the morning.

@Anonymous  Did you go to the amex check status link to see why the app was declined? Do you plan to app for chase or boa or is the end to the spree?

I tried but it kept saying the application could not be accessed. No clue!

Not sure if I will try Chase or BOA.
