I decided to take at look at the specs on the BONVOY BRILLIANT card again, since I had my eye on that card previously. I hit the "APPLY" button, and I was surprised and happy to see that I was "PRE-APPROVED".
I went ahead and submitted that application, and got INSTANT APPROVAL for a $5,000 SL.
I would have preferred a higher SL, but that's an improvment over the low $1K SL they gave me on the CASH MAGNET 7 months ago.
I assume this will be a SP since I got a Amex Platinum Card approval just a few days ago...
All this said, I have had a very very very good SPREE that last 10 days or so...

7 months ago I had only 2 cards in my wallet.
( Cap One Secured Platinum - $500 CL, and a Cap One Platinum unsecured -$3500 CL ), so only $4,00 total.
Fast Forward 7 months, and now I have 11 cards, a total CL of $97,500, and my credit scores have incresed about 30 points.

I am hoping to hit the $100,000 mark in terms of total CL, so I got $2,500 to go, but I do NOT want to add any more cards. I will just try and reach that goal by getting a CLI on either my FIDLEITY REWARDS CARD, or the CAP ONE QUICKSILVER.
CAP ONE ctually declined my reequest for a CLI on the QUICKSILVER last week though. They stated reason being that I had too LOW RECENT USAGE on that card. That said, I am going to use it a lot the next month or two, and then try again for the CLI on that card.
Other than that, I am in THE GARDEN for awhile....
