Got a pre-approved mailer from Ebates Visa and pulled the trigger and was approved!
The only thing in the temporary credit line section, it was blank.
So I went and registered the card (they gave me the card number) and it says $1500 
Could this be just the temporary SL or do you think that's it?
Either way, I do use Ebates so it's kind of cool. They hard pulled TU.
I don't know about ebates but even if that was the CL they give you, I find it's pretty easy to increase your credit limit with the right payment habits. I bet you could turn that 1.5K into 15K in 2-3 years easy

Most likely a temporary SL. At least that is what happened to me. Since it gave you a card number, that means they gave a temporary card. They will post on TU very fast and before even you get the card in your hand. That is when i figured out my actual CL was 4800. Congratulations though. I love ebates since i do most of the shopping online and almost on all sites these days you can get extra cash back through them.

@sghosh5 Thank you, that is very helpful, I will look out for it on my CR's...but worst comes to worst I will know for sure when I get the card and I'll update here. I also shop a lot online so I am happy to have this card!
So according to my Experian report (updated today), it is in fact a $1500 SL...I'll take it! Just wanted to update.
