I decided to go ahead and apply for the Chase Freedom Unlimited. I had received a mailer for 4% cashback on all purchases up to $20,000 in the first year and I decided to apply. I was instantly approved but only for $2,900 
which is my lowest limit by far. Also when I applied I didn't see anything mentioning the 4%, so I called in and they told me they couldn't tell me my offer details for another couple of days or so. So I really hope that I did get the 4% offer, I did go to the proper website and I did input my invitation number. To make the situation even weirder the letter said that my interest rate would be 0% for 15 months and then 17.24%, but on the website, it says my rate is 16.99%. Something just seems off with everything.

By the way, Chase just lowered some rates .25% after the prime rate fell. Some of my Chase cards just did that. So that is why yours is different. The lower one should be the newer, corrected one!
