Last night I applied for their CashBack 2% MC without being a member first, received a "Thank you for your loan Application" message and was told I would recieve a decision soon. Got an email this morning saying I was approved for $25K @ 11.65%. Couldn't believe it to be quite honest, I have a Penfed & Navy credit card with a $10K SL. Started rebuilding my credit back in May, was at 78% overall utilization and had 5 maxed out subprime credit cards. Fast Forward to now and my credit scores are almost 100 points higher across the board, utilization is now around 8%.
