RECON with Care Credit worked !!!

Applied online for care credit and had to call in to complete my app took meeeeee forever to get a hold of the right person in the right department. Finally, I speak with a rep put me on hold to process my app further he comes back on the line and tells me that he couldn't approve the app and to wait for my denial letter in the mail. I was shocked! I'm ok with the HP and approval but not to get it HURT. So I waited for the letter in the mail environmentally it came via email.  The reasoning is because they "couldn't identify" my identity further stated that the rep would ask further questions to help HOWEVER didn't (GRRR) the letter didn't even have a number to call and said I should WRITE!!?? who has time for that so I hope on the phone finally I get ahold of someone in the right dept She simple verifies my identity with a couple of further questions and BOOM APPROVED!!! 

Depending on the reasonings for the denial RECON is a real thing try it doesn't hurt.

Congrats, but honestly I think them not being able to identify you was the reason for your success. Synch usually never recons but I think the identity was the kicker, which turned out well for you.
