Recon Chase FF $3000 > $7500 CLI !

I have had no luck so far with Discover and AmEx with SP requests but i tried my luck with my main bank Chase and requested a CLI, i was initially declined due to a recent CLI about 3 months ago. I did my due diligence and called Recon and asked for my limit to be increased to $10,000 but i ended up getting offered $7500, so that's a $4500 CLI from $3000 > $7500. I still have 0% interest APR & Balance Transfer until May 2023. My goal is to ofcourse lower my individual utilization on this card as well as overall.

Is it still possible to double dip if i request for my CSP ?

Only if you want another HP for requesting another credit check.

Okay, you obv have left stuff out on this. https://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/Credit-Card-Applications/My-CSP-and-CFF-situation/td-p/6622366

I'm assuming after reading the other thread compared to this you did the increase on the Flex card. Since there is an "Request CLI" on the app/website that may appear seems to be a SP, that is up to you but there are a lot of factors that are still unknown (such as system only takes 1 CLI every 6 months regardless of how many cards you have with them).

If you are planning to phone up and ask for a CLI on another card, that is usually another HP since Chase isn't like CUs that usually use the same HP in X amount of days.

Not really. It'll be another HP, and if they were only willing to approve $4,500 on that particular card, they won't approve any additional credit. Otherwise, they would've given you the full $7K CLI you originally asked for.
