Requested soft pull CLI for Wells Fargo Propel

Am I right to assume that I can request a SP CLI for the Propel every 6 months? Sooner? Later? Any data points from anyone?

Do they always SP for CLI when request is made over the phone, or one has to make such a request for the SP CLI?

The representative will mention that they'll try SP.   If not granted with the SP, then they will ask specifically if you would like to proceed with a HP.

@Anonymous, @NoMoreE46 is correct based on my experience. I was specifically told that the CSR would do a soft pull and, if it wouldn't have worked, I could have requested a HP, which, of course, I wouldn't have done.
