It does make me wonder how much money Chase throws away each year on shipping bulky packages for every Ritz and Club card overnight UPS. The other cards have less bulk in their mailer but the overnighting can't be the same price as regular mail and really doesn't add any value (excepting an emergency where someone needs a replacement card).
Just as bad is the paper waste they produce with their bulky hotel collection books they ship out annually.
