Hey, so how did it go from appling online to calling in? You said you weren't ready to buy just yet... Was the online route not available when you were ready?

I've read other post where the person called in to apply and got a higher CL. Is this why you opted to call in?

Congrats on the 12k. I am heading to Rooms to go and thinking about financing. I thought the bank was Synchrony. Is that synonymous with Credit Solutions? Just wanted to clarify.

Did they pull your TU? Also, how long between your initial approval and your request for CLI?
Did you do initial app in the store or everything at home online?
