Oh well. Do you know which CRA they pull?

For Total Rewdards, they pulled Equifax, which irritated me because when I applied for it, they only asked for the last 4 of my social... I thought Last 4 requests meant it was to be a SP!! I'm gonna dispute that HP when the card arrives...

There's really nothing to dispute here.  You applied for credit and your credit was pulled.

Re: SCT

Actually, no. Without being asked to supply your full SSN, they do not have permission to pull the full credit report. This was not a CLI. Comenity doesn't, nor has ever had my full SSN. Others have gotten credit from Comenity based on a SP. If they play hardball, they can take their credit card and shove it, but that inquiry is coming off one way or another, simply because I didn't authorize a HP.
