I'm not totally sure on the DTI.

They aren't as picky as others.

Basically a computer does all the work. If it says you are pre-approved. Then that's what they go with.

Talking to a LO is just a formality.

Basically if you app. The system will either pre-approve you right then. Or it's more than likely a denial.

Yeah don't confuse these guys with AOD. lol

Way less hoop jumping.

The LOs and I spent more time talking about other stuff unrelated to credit. Than the actual credit app.😆

Mainly they just verify that it was you that applied. 

And send you DocuSign info afterwards.

The LOs are in Colorado not Maryland. 

Oh and the fraud department is a little Chex system sensitive. Especially on Chex inqs.

I'm guessing you'll be more than fine!

CC's app was flawless! So no hoop jumping at all for him. Yours may very well be the same.
