SP CLI on Costco Anywhere

Logged in to Citi today and I noticed that I had the SP language for CLI requests on my Costco Anywhere card. This card was originally a Costco TE Amex with a $3500 CL. I moved $3K to my BCE before the Citi transition, leaving only $500 on this card. Today's SP CLI on the Anywhere gave me an additional $1200, taking me to $1700. This is still my lowest CL, but at least it's not far behind Target anymore.

Since I'm on a CLI spree these days, I logged into Citi and discovered the soft pull language on my Costco card as well. It was there, so I hit the button and and got a $1900 increase. I was surprised to see this since it has only been a couple months since the change from AMEX.
