SallieMae SP CLI & Lower APR!

Hello,

My sixth statement for Sallie Mae closed on the 21st.   Today, I figured I'd call in about getting my APR lowered.   I called the CS number on the back of the card, requested a CSR, and then asked if I had an offer to lower my APR.   They saw one was available and they offered to transfer me to an analyst.   Once I reached her, she saw that I had an offer to lower my APR from 14.24% to 10.24%.   She also mentioned that I had an SP CLI offer.   I provided my income and she advised me that I was approved for an extra $4000, bringing my CL from $12500 to $16500.   This puts it very close to my BCE CL ($17000), and I am very pleased!.

Very nice you put my 1% apr reduction and 2.5k CLI to shame lol ...  New CL isn't showing up yet online though yet.. Wonder if this is due to their new interface or just a slight lag..

Okay, this is what I was hoping to see! That APR is the lowest advertised, and is the APR I'm at. I've had the card a year with no CLI action and was planning to try the APR/CLI deal this month, but was worried since I'm at the lowest rate. I am now encouraged. Thanks, and congrats!

Wow Congratz. Amazing Limit.

I called and have no offers on my account. I can't squeek out any apr/cli from them.

I would like a 3k to 5k CL with them someday,
