I’ve gotten lots of good info from this site so thought it only fair to share some data points on this approval. Most noteable my previous high limit was $5,000. A lot of people say chase won’t be the first to give you a 10k limit. I had an existing relationship with chase tho.. so I’m sure it might have had something to do with it.

I had been staring at preapprovals for the slate, sapphire preferred, and freedom unlimited for the past few months. I know they don’t preapprove csr so just decided to bite the bullet and apply.
