Approved for Savor One!!
I've had my Capital One Quiksilver card for 2.5 years now. Started off as a secured platinum in 2017, and I have grown it and PC'd it into an unsecured Quicksilver with a $1,100 SL.
Recently, I have been receiving pre-approval emails and snail mail for the Savor One. I don't really need it, since I get 4x points on food+dining with the Amex Gold. However, my Quiksilver card will never grow much, since it used to be a secured card and is bucketed in that low tier, so I won't say no to a 'real' Cap One with no AF.
I should have waited a bit, because my utilization is high right now at 35%, having just changed jobs and moved. I was approved nonetheless with a $1,000 SL. It's my lowest limit card, but I've been wanting a Cap One grower.
EX: 683, 5 INQs, one baddie (2.5 years ago)

TU: 696, 2 INQs, no baddies
Congrats on your new Cap One SavorOne. This one should grow with usage.
Congrats!
Congrats! You got out of the bucket! That is where I want to be.

You can no longer PC or upgrade from a secured card to unsecured. That changed sometime in late 2018 or early 2019 iirc. All you can do now is close the secured cards to get your money back and app for new cards. There is big thread about it in the credit cards section.
Congratulations on your approval!
