They did close out my old Sears card, but the Mastercard acct. kept the original 8/13 opening date and still report as just Sears. I wish Sychrony upgrades also worked that way

Thanks everyone. If I could also get them to lower my APR from 25.99% this may be the only Citi bank card I'll ever need---but we'll see...
