Second Disco card

Hi everyone! Last year I was approved for secured Discover card and deposited $200. After 7 months it graduated to $1500. 
Well, today I decided to see if I'm preapproved and I was! It showed miles and cash back. I chose cash back version. I had to call in to confirm my info and got approved for $4500.
