Have some large expenditures coming up and went on a little app spree Friday.

AoOA, 19 years (Amex AU, added when Amex was still backdating)
Fico, 802 Ex, 799 Eq, 813 Tu on the day of the spree,
been gardening and weeding (I am ruthless when it comes to canceling),
no scoreable inquiries,
0/24.
Did them all in one sitting, by order:
Chase Southwest Business Performance, went to pending, approved today
Amex Plat got the 100k offer shown so went for it, instant approval.
Barclays Business AAdvantage, added P2, instant approval
CitiBusiness AAdvantage, instant approval
BofA Alaska Business and instant approval
To end, I called Amex to PC my old a$$ Blue to ED.
After all said and done I will have:
80k southwest points and companion pass
100k mr
150k aa miles
40k Alaska miles and annual companion fare
After the spree, I am:
1/24
bombarded with inquiry notifications from credit monitors.
haven't checked new scores, but expect some drops.
Next step:
I will work on my P2's apps later this week after I analyze our minimal spend situation. I don't ms, so all will have to be met by real expenses.

Nice! How much spend total do you have to do to hit all of the subs? I would imagine it's roughly $5,000 just for Amex Platinum alone?
That's a significant amount of approvals in such a short time! Congrats!

Awesome run on the
travel cards!
Congrats!
Looking at the SUBs all-at-once, it appears they add up to at least $17K in spending in the first 3 to 4 months! Will you be able to do all that with normal spend, even with your higher upcoming expenses? (It would be a stretch for many of us without business-reimbursed spend.)
My other question is, how do you get 5 new cards and end up only 1/24?
Do you mean 1/24 (personal) versus 4/24 (business)?
Nice going!
Wish I had a clean slate like you! Also tempted by Amex Plat 100K but already at 4/24.
Congratulations on all that success :-)
Good to see all that credit restraint,
aka,gardening,pay off for you!
Enjoy,
Cheers
Nice haul! Congrats!
