I requested a CLI on my Quicksilver in March, July, and on August 28th. Each time the request was denied. Reason· "Recent use of this account's existing credit line has been too low." I didn't even get my usual $100 CLI. This year I haven't used it much. The spend is usually about $100 to $150, on average. I just request every so often out of habit. Although, I did put about $450 on it this past month, but that statement won't even cut until a week from now. When I checked my emails today, I had fantastic news from Capital One. My Quicksilver, which in 8/18 began as a Platinum with a SL of $300, with credit steps to $500 CL, just increased my CL from $800 to $2,300.
