Shocking Amex BCP approval & SL.

So was planning on cold apping, logged in and saw that I was pre-approved, pulled the trigger, approved no SL shown. Added card to my online acct. was SHOCKED to see a 20k starting limit! My highest ever! Was just denied for a CLI on my 1k Delta Gold last month. 

Utilization 8%, heavy use on my Amex Green and minimal use on my Delta Gold. Also 0% apr, 12 months. Experian F8 693.
