I decided to take a gamble at requesting a CLI with the QS card and got approved for a very small amount of $150. I was like "meh, I might as well see what I can possibly get with the QS1" and also got approved...for $100. For those who said that Cap1 won't approve CLI if you have a balance on the card, both of my cards have around 20% util when I tried it. A bit disappointed of the amounts considering that the last CLI I had was well over a year ago. But, it is what it is and this shows that anything is possible with Cap1. With that, I'm still going with my plan to app for the Amex Hilton Honors card in a few weeks and if I get it, the QS1 will get closed by the end of the year. Keeping the QS around through next year unless I app for the Savor One near Christmas.
