I can't contain my excitement right now! Here's what I'm working with...
I tried to choose CC's that I can use everyday, will grow with time and care and arguably most importantly - I won't grow out of. I want these cards to age with me. So, now.. I garden in Eden until 2021 2022 (FML) which is when the last of my late payments fall off.
But, you want to know what the best part about last night was???? Using all the info I've learned from this board, I approached my spouse and made the following suggestions to improve his credit health -
It should be noted that his credit is very healthy with scores in the high 7's and a 20 yr history w/ no baddies. Still, he should be thanking me. I just caused every CC he has to go to a 0% UTI as well as a few not so awesome installment accts to close.
Just want to thank everyone for all the advice given & experiences shared.
"stankin" never heard of the lender?
Congrats!!!
You guys have no idea how much satisfaction I received for subtly proving I was more knowledgable in credit than my know-it-all husband.
I think this was a victory for all woman-kind. Lol.
Congrats!!
Congrats on your new approvals!
