Soft pull approval for Ann Taylor MC

So I was buying some clothing on sale at Ann Taylor last week.  I filled in my Amex delta plat (spending for SUB), and got a pop up for their MC.  It did not as for a full social- just last 4 digits.  

I know that's not a HP from reading this site.
it approved for 1,500.  So, I just removed the items.  Now, I will wait for the card.  I almost don't believe it .
