So, I got my ebates card, late last week (SL of 3k), had an opportunity to call today to see about an increase. Asked for 10k, 10 was approved... yay!!
Feeling good about my ebates success, I asked about my amazon and walmart accounts (both at 6K), but no-go on both of those 
But, that's okay - I'm happy with getting ebates to 10K.
