I know that many of you have received countless auto luv's but this is my first really auto luv. I received mail today from FNBO. I figured it was a sales gimmick but I said it could be CLD so I opened up the envelope. To my surprise they increased my Sun Country from 20k to 25k. It must have been because I recently did a BT of 4k to this card. It's been stuck at 20k for over a year now. In fact, I haven't really been able to get any of my FNBO cards over 20k. That seemed to be my limit per card with them. I have the following with them:
MLife 20k
Old National Bank Amex 20k
Overstock Mastercard 20k
Rakuten Mastercard 20k
FNBO Amex 15.5k
(Formerly known as: Credit is my hobby (1.7M)/TCL objective)

FNBO doesn't care for me.. Have had my MLIFE card for about 10 months and can't get a SP CLI for the life of me.. Stuck at 7k the SL.... Call them up each month and ask of they have a SP CLI offer and constantly get a nope.. Wonder what I am doing wrong? Granted I dont put more than 50 on the card in a given month

This isn't 100% conclusive--but I believe FNBO likes to see somewhat heavy usage + have a balance report occasionally...especially at the time of a CLI request. The one time in the last 3 or so years they didn't have a CLI offer for me was when I SD'd the card for about 8 or 9 mos--then when I used it and let a balance report-the CLI 4 mos. cycle picked right back up again. You MIGHT have to have the card for a year also to get a SP CLI offer.
BTW Congrats on the auto luv 12! I'll find out next month if they'll let my FNBO AMEX go past the $20K mark or not.

I can confirm that FNBO appears to like to see usage. I let my overstock sit dormant for 6 months, it took another 4 months of usage before I saw another sp cli. Didn't make that mistake again. I've never had heavy usage on any of my FNBO cards though.
Thanks CH. Ho po efully you get past that 20k. That seems like its my cutoff with them. I don't have another BT to test again
