In regards to your disappearing Lowe’s LUV button, I’ve read here that requests are usually viable every 4 months from Synch. You both recently had CLIs so it would make sense that you can’t request again for awhile, hence the button disappeared. I bet once you’re in the CLI window again it’ll show up.

I guess that’s one way for Synch to do it’s part, saving the environment, one CLI denial letter at a time. I wonder if Disco will follow. Lol. I be “hoofin” that button! 

I would be be interested to see whether or not the janitor’s DH has the button disappear as well.
