For as long as this card is been active (2013), it was a nice surprise to say the least. Seen some come charging out of the gate with whopper SL's or later down the line huge swells at a time. Nurturing it along the corridors of time eventually moves it on whatever it begins at.

Oh yes, and by the way i just got off the phone from a call in to Discover. It's been quite a bit of time between a last APR reduction request as well and am pleased to mention that also was just approved. I normally follow up any Discover CLI with this request and most times it has been very routine.

From 14.49% to a new purchase rate of 13.49% (again). I was working on an effort to realize at least 10% APR with Discover but the Feds had other ideas the past couple of years. But will keep chipping away at it.

This keeps up and i'm going to have to put more time in the forums once again. Waiting well over a year for INQ's to drop is not pretty or exciting, but coming back in after they've reduced to 1 or 2 can get the energy pumping again.

Nice! @CreditCuriosity just had the same surprise but got $2k two months in a row. Set that reminder to beat that button up in 31 days! Maybe Discover caught wind of the BB&T Express and decided they weren't doing down easy
