Synchrony Bank Amazon Prime Card CLI.

In the past they would deny me for some random reason but never mention anything about
my file being frozen.
I probably would have gotten one months ago if I had know you have to unfreeze your file in order to get it.
I actually learned about it from this forum. Anyway, I got no alert so I'm pretty sure it was a SP.
I was stuck at $600(the proverbial basement) for 19 mo.

Hmmm I didn't think you had to unfreeze you accounts for a SP with a current lender because they can still pull? Is this not correct?

It's correct. Which is why I never got a CLI. I kept it frozen.
Two days ago while it was frozen I got a denial.
Today I unfreeze it, and BAM! Approved.

Thank you, I have been denied while frozen but they never mentioned that reason. Weird on their site they clearly state current lenders can still pull. Confused lol

 

 

I also have a fraud alert, wonder if that will block as well?
