Synchrony let me in finally. " I took advantage"

I'm gonna be gardening for a little over 2 years and decided to bite the bullet yesterday. Synchrony would never touch me because of my BK on file from 2011. Decided to try and see if they would except me since I tried in December and it was a no go again.

Amazon Store Card-$700 (last one I apped for and it told me to call)

Lowes-$500

Care Credit-$3300

Walmart-$1700

Paypal Mastercard-$800

(On a side note)Then got the SCT to work for:

NY&Co-$250

BrylaneHome-$250

Ann Taylor-$250

Full Beauty-$250

Apped for a Venture card earlier this month and was denied. Said I didn't have experice with high credit lines.

The SCT cards are comenity but nice that you're in with both them and Synchrony!

Congrats on all of your new cards! I know how you feel. I got rejected by Sync multiple times before they accepted me in Nov. Now I have 10 cards with them.

You have similar scores like me, so call Credit Solutions for Amazon, Walmart, PayPal and Lowes to request an increase. Request at least $10,000 for all, and they will at least counter with a different amount, if you do not qualify for the maximum. Most of us got $3500 for Amazon and WalMart. Some vary with PayPal MC and Lowes. I have $2500 with PayPal and $6000 with Lowes. Good luck!!

Congrats. I've had some luck with getting increases through chat. Since I unfroze my reports this weekend will see if I can get limits raised through chat before freezing reports again.

I called them and they wouldn't raise any of my cards. They told me the accounts are new and one of the ladies told me to wait until I get the card in the mail. My Amazon card actually got raised internally after I applied from $700 to $1500( I thought this was weird, maybe because I spend a ton of money on Amazon). I will try again after I get the cards activated and my accounts setup.

The Brylane Home and Full Beauty can both be used at all of their stores including Kingsize, Woman Within, Jessica London, Bargain Catalog Outlet, SwimSuits For All. So you really don't need both of those. I have the samething with my Blair card.....I did the SCT and got Blair, Linen Source, Haband, Norm Thompson and then I found out I could use them all at the same places....Blair can be used at like 14 different stores and all of their cards can be used at each of them. So I will be closing 3 of my Comenity cards soon.

I'm sorry to hear that! That is very strange! Some people were able to get them raised after they applied. I guess it depends on who you talk to.
As BigDaddy63 said, try the chat feature too, once you get your cards. I got most of my increases through chat. Sometimes when one avenue declines you, the other usually works.
