I got a most recent CLI with Carecredit, and it looks like it is a soft pull. Hasn't appeared on my CR or FICO8.  I know this increase will definitely bump up the score.

NORDSTROM- 6K, NEIMAN MARCUS 20K, PENFED PLAT 5K, PENFED AMEX 5K, CAP ONE QS 4K, CAP ONE PLAT 1.1K, CARECREDIT 6K.
