Target is now granting CLI?!!

I have had my target card since 2011.  ALWAYS paid on time, and wiithin the last six months they have given me 3 CLI's.  Started at 200 its now at $900.  Wonder why they are starting now?

Well, conrats on the CLI's.. They are changing the strategy now. They realized that they a far behind if they want compete with Walmart. The toy limits on several cards are not going to help them getting the revenue that they have lost. Let see if this will work for them, only time will tell
