Nope, did not apply in person. I don't even live in Illinois! Applied online, and someone called me back and offered to do both the credit card (since I'd be able to earn more interest) and the car loan refinancing.
Scores did change a bit over the last two years.... Went from around 680 to around 722-724 depending on the CRA.
