Just keep trying periodically and wait for it to appear.  It will eventually.  Whatever you do don't apply for it at 25K MR.  I did that before I knew what I was doing.  Big mistake

Agree picked up PRG about 2 weeks ago approx.  Met spend last night at 1k easy 50k MR's.  Using the VPN in incognito mode if by far the easiest way to get it.  Or use a friends computer that isn't with amex etc

Hey 50k is 50k, I'm looking into enhancing my MR points w/ 3x air and 2x meals.  Then later on the same w/ chase FU for UR points.

But I have to see how Prestige worksout.

EX util is a little higher, it didn't update yet.  I never pay before statement date.
